Wow, really enjoyed making and eating this dish!! Very easy and will make again and again. Fast and easy. Able to find all ingredients at store. Only thing is that the sauce is on the thin side. Secret...add more cayenne pepper than called for.

This was an excellent meal! I didn't have basil and I used fresh oregano instead of dried. I also didn't have cayenne pepper so I used about 6-7 drops of hot sauce and it still turned out marvelous. Definitely a keeper!! Just make sure you thaw the veggies beforehand... :)

Family members, one does not usually care for pasta dishes, Grandson does not usually care for Chicken dishes. We all rated this as one of our favorite dishes.

Prior to making this I suggested using nonfat evaporated milk, but now I say Dont Do It. When the milk came in contact with the acidity of the tomatoes it curdled. Never got the creaminess I was trying to achieve. Stick with the heavy cream, it'll probably work better.

For those of you who worry about using heavy whipping cream: try substituting fat free evaporated milk. You get the thickness of cream without all the cholesterol.

I used fire roasted diced tomatoes and it added a great flavor to the dish. We loved it and it was really as fast as it says! Even my 3 year old loved it.
