We really enjoyed this for Easter. I used a 1/2 cup less mayo as others stated. I also added crumbled bacon, 7 cooked slices, and a handful of fresh spinach chopped for a little more color. I used reduced fat bisquick, light mayo, and 2% shredded mozzarella. Everyone one loved it and they want to have it again!

This is excellent! Nice to serve a traditional dip as a bite size appetizer. I have made this two times, and one time switched the mozzarella out for a gouda cheese crust!

Excellent appetizer! Brought it to the family Christmas party and everyone raved about it! Many requests for the recipe. The dijon just sets it off.

These were a little time consuming/involved but very good. I followed the recipe exactly except for 1/2 cup less mayo as other reviewers have suggested and I'm glad I did. I also added some pancetta to the top because I thought it would be a nice addition.

They were a hit! I used 9x13 baking dish, marinated artichokes from Trader Joes & cut the mayo back by 1/2C.

Way too much mayo! I might try making this again with plain greek yogurt as a substitue. The mayo overpowered everything.

These were a hit!! I didn't have mayo so I substituted 3/4 Ranch dressing so they were different that the original recipe. Will make again and try mayo this time.
