I made this for Thanksgiving and it was delicious! I liked the crust, it was flaky and tender and the filling layers were just right for sweetness. I did use the white from the cream cheese layer, and added it to the 1 egg for the pumpkin filling and it worked just fine.

I made this recipe and it is very good. I will made a suggestion for the cheese cake a will use 8oz cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla. I think it will taste better.

It should be called impossible pie because I couldn't get the crust mix to roll into a ball and I couldn't get it to spread out in a pie dish. Therefore, I couldn't finish making it. I would have given it a zero spoon rating if it was possible to do so.

This dessert was wonderful and the crust is amazing! Light, crisp and flaky, not chewy as so many GF things can be.

Excellent pie! I used half as much sugar in the pumpkin portion which kept it from being too sweet. Also I kneaded the crust for about a minute before pressing it into the pie pan. The pie crust was so good, I would make it again even if it didn't have to be gluten-free. Rave reviews at Thanksgiving.

I thought this was very easy to make and very delicious. I'm going to double the cheesecake portion next time I make it though. It's a good recipe, but wasteful on ingredients. I may even double the pumpkin portion as well. Bon Apetite!

I had this for Thanksgiving Dinner. It is excellent. The crust is better than any other gluten free crust that I have eaten.

This turned out pretty good. I did have to add an extra tablespoon of water to the crust to make it possible to work into a bowl. I didn't love the crust - I might try with a graham cracker (gluten free of course) crust sometime, but the pie was pretty delicious. The rest of my family enjoyed it as well (and they aren't gluten free).
