I served the cake with a dollop of freshly whipped creaam and fruit on the side..I have to say Yummo!!! Light and fluffy in texture, not too sweet. I can see myself making this again and again.

Wonderful and easy cake!!! Very tasty. Due to the availability of fruit right now I whipped up some fresh whipped cream and put a dollop on a slice of cake with mandarin oranges. Yummy!!!! It was a hit.

This is a yummy cake that is very easy and quick to make. I dusted mine with a little powdered sugar before serving. It''s excellent.

I have made this cake several times for friends and family on various occassions and always get raved reviews. It''s simple to make, moist and delicious. The fruit Salsa is an outstanding garnish and I love the flavors of oranges, strawberries and Kiwi fruit.

I love this cake. I''ve been using it for family get togethers such as birthdays. I''ve also used vanilla frosting on top instead of the powdered sugar. Today I''m adding strawberries on top of the frosting. Many ask for second helpings. We all love it!

This is the greatest, easiest to bake cake I''ve ever tasted. Took it to work and it was a winner! Creamy, moist with a great flavor that makes you have seconds AND thirds! I used powdered sugar icing on my second cake. It was great that too! Thanks Betty for sharing, Yolanda :):):)
