8 ounce packages Philladellpia Cream Cheese
1
8 ounce package Shredded Mild Chedar Cheese

tablespoons Diced Green Pepper
1
tablespoon Minced Onion
2
tablespoons pimento
2
drops lemon juice
1
pinch salt

16 ounce packages chopped walnuts
  1. In a mixer mix two 8 ounce packages cream cheese with one 8 ounce package mild cheddar cheese.
  2. Add 1 Tablespoon diced green pepper.
  3. 1 Tablespoon minced onion and.
  4. 2 Tablespoons Pimento Mix Well.
  5. Add 2-4 drops Lemon Juice and a pinch of salt Mix Well.
  6. Add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts stir
  7. Put remaining walnuts on wax paper roll cheese over nuts to form a ball and coat entire ball with nuts.
  8. Wrap in foil refrigerate can also freeze for later
  9. Enjoy serve with crackers we use original club crackers but you can you any you like

If you dont like alot of nuts you can leave out the ones in it and just roll the ball in the nuts to coat the outside we make it both ways and both are delicious
