Skip the vodka and use club soda for a delicious nonalcoholic drink.
Crantinis are sweeter than regular martinis. True martini drinkers may want to cut the cranberry juice cocktail in half. For a slightly less potent drink, serve Crantinis on the rocks and add a splash of sparkling water. And for extra dash, place a strip of lime peel in the bottom of each glass.
If you're having a large gathering and find yourself short on glassware, check a party store for plasticware you can toss for easy cleanup.
