Tangy salsa served over cream cheese
bag fresh cranberries
bunch cilantro (all leaves)
bunch green onions (only the greens)
ea. jalapeno (seeded)
ea. large (juiced) (you need about 2 tablespoons)
Grind the cranberries with the juice of the lime in a food processor, add sugar.
Add addl. items one at a time until they are ground up.
Pour over cream cheese and serve with crackers.

This is wonderful without the cream cheese, and you can use it as a side dish. This does NOT work as well if you use frozen cranberries.
