Cranberry Salad

This is a great alternative to the traditional Cranberry Salad recipes. Absolutely delicious and a must have for all of my family holiday dinners!

cup Hot water

lb cranberries
1
orange grind grated
1
package any red Jell-O mix (the large box)

packet knox gelatin
1/4
cup cold water
1
cup orange juice
1
cup sugar
  1. Mix orange juice, orange zest, sugar, and cranberries to blender.
  2. Dissolve Jell-o packet in hot water. Add to blender.
  3. Dissolve knox gelatin in cold water. Add to blender. Blend until well mixed and pour into bowl. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least a few hours, best if done the night before so it can set up overnight.
