A friend recommended this mix last year. She said to double the syrup mixture-- I have been playing w/ that - I think maybe double all but the butter or margarine. We also like dried cherries sometimes instead of cranberries. and I used slivered almonds instead of sliced ones. Overall, very good idea and easy to make.

This is a huge hit with my family and friends. I have to double the recipe every time I make it. I substitute 2 cups of Honey Nut Cheerios for either the Rice or Corn Chex when making it.

I use dried cranberry for alot of my recipes not cherry. I just love dried cranberry and the cranberry orange chex mix is for people over 40 young people can't handle it. It taste so goood that it should come with an warning sign.

Made this the first time for Thanksgiving for family. Everyone loved it. I did add mixed nuts, cheerios, raisins & pretzels. I just doubled the syrup to pour over the cereals. It was very good. Made more for christmas gift bags.

I have made this for my friends for gifts every year. They love it and the colors are festive for the season. Its also a little healthier than the traditional mix.

I'm a little desappointed... I tought it was better then what I got. It doesn't have too much flavor, and I followed the baking time, but even thus lots of cereals got burned. I won't make this again.

from the first sample of this GREAT mix at Christmas07, it has been a constant healthy snack for myself and so many others who I got hooked on it too! I prefer to use the combo chex (Rice, Corn & Wheat) and Cheerio's and have adapted it to use the full OJ container to keep it soft and moist. I alternate or combine the cranberries with dried blueberries or other dried fruit mix. Can't wait to try some of the other chex recipes from the website

Delicious!!! I didn't have any orange concentrate so I added some lemon juice. I also substituted peanuts for the almonds and added currents and pretzels to the mix.

I made this and it was decent. Nice that it''s a bit different for a snack... but nothing any of us got too excited about either. I added some salt and that helped the flavor. Anyway, fun for something different but probably won''t make again.
