OMG! These r my first biscottis ever made and let e tell u... they r unbelievable! They r so good u can taste the hint of the orange zest and the sweetnes of the sugar and smell of vanilla. it was not overly sweet at all it was perfect! i did not have any cranberries so i used raisins and pecans which came out perfect. Trust me u cannot go wrong w/ these lil or should i say big cookies cause mines r like so big lol but so good. Def a keeper and a winner in my book.

This was a big hit with friends and family. Great with coffee or hot chocolate. I will make this recipe again.

These were only average. I added pecans and orange extract. I make another recipe that calls for butter instead of oil and I think it makes a better cookie. These tasted good but were too crumbley.

This was a lot easier to make than I imagined biscotti would be and everyone I shared it with wanted the recipe. It was delicious! It will make a nice little holiday gift also.

This recipe sounds really good, BUT I have never heard of sifting together sugar, oil, orange peel, vanilla and eggs. I am 71 years old and have never tried to sift oil, vanilla, and eggs. I know what you really meant, but what about the poor unsuspecting new cooks that try to do this? Can't you just picture the mess!!!!

Have not made this yet, but will be making it for a christmas cookie swap. But wanted to let Tish C. know that it did not say sift together, it says stir together. Thanks.

I made these cranberry-Orange biscotti yesterday and brought them to my Saturday Night gathering. They were so delicious that they were gone the minuteI put them out. They were looking for more and the women asked for the recipe. This is by far one of the best I have made. I love receiving your newsletters and make many of the recipes for my family. I love to cook. Thanks loads--Gloria
