Christina, I found bottles of chili sauce in with the condiments (ketchup, steak sauce, etc.) at my local grocery store.
I used a whole can of cranberry sauce because the chili was overwhelming. But the cranberry sauce never completely dissolved, so I had small clumps, but it turned out okay. That may just be something I didn't do right. I made everything up the night before, but then didn't put the sauce on the meatballs until I was ready to warm and serve. The flavors combined as it sat overnight, so I think the sauce tasted better when served than when I made it. All in all it turned out good.
