Barbecue indoors! Bake tender, juicy ribs brushed with a cranberry barbecue sauce in your oven. They’re delicious!

I made these on a whim for my son the picky eater, he went back for seconds! The cranberries when cooked on the ribs make a sweet glaze that everyone in the house just loved!

I did not like the sauce in this recipe. It asked for too much hoisin.

We love cranberries, hoisin sauce and ribs- - -this was awful; trashed them. The ribs had a great tenderness; the flavor was just nasty.

Fantastic, original flavor! I grilled these outdoors and found the smoky flavor of outdoor grilling only added to the experience. You must try this recipe to impress friends at your next barbeque.
