I made this for a get together and was somewhat disappointed with the response I got. If your crowd is filled with people who are usually wine drinkers- the alcoholic version of this recipe tastes somewhat like a watered down version of a wine cooler. However, the non-alcoholic version was a hit with the kids, and because of the sparkling water, it doesn't have as much sugar as a bottle of sparkling juice, so will definitely repeat for them.

I made this for a Christmas Cocktail party and everyone loved it. I made this in a large crystal dispenser - I layered ice and cranberries and then added the wine, juice, and water. It was gorgeous. We are having a formal black tie Christmas party this year and I have already had requests that I serve this drink again.
