Tried this Cranberry-Apple shortcake, it was an excelent desert and I plan on serving it for both my Thanks giving and X-mass meals.To cheat and speed up prep time I used microwave to cook the filling ingredients, and store bought short cakes. PS I like to use honey as a sweetener instead.Yours Truly Miss B.
