I made these for a cookie party at work and decided to only use 1/2 cup of pistachios because I added 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips. They turned out so chewy and delicious! Everyone loved them, and they look so pretty!

I made these two years ago as christmas gifts (along with other cookies from the BC cookie mix cookbook I got at the checkout stand) and they were such a hit that I got a request to make them again this year. I used craisins and shelled my own pistachios and just rough chopped both. I think I will try using green food coloring and drizzling white chocolate over them to make them look more festive this year. I am also interested in trying this recipe with other pudding flavors as someone suggested! Definitely a great recipe!!

I have been making these cookies for several years now and I use Michigan dried cherries and they are wonderful and everyone we give them to always ask me to make them again. They are so moist and tasty.

Even though I do not like cranberries I thought this recipe looked interesting and easy. I gave it a try and am not one bit sorry. Tastes great and is very easy to make. I made these exactly as it said to make them but I will try a few of the other suggestions from others on here. Your family will love them.

These cookies are awesome! Instead of a cup of pistachios I used a cup of white chocolate chips. Yummy!

I absolutely love these cookies as well as my teenage boys who eat no sweets containing peanuts. Definitly Craisins and white chocolate chips is the way to go with these delicious cookies! Made two batches, one with and one without white chocolate chips. The one with got gobbled up that very night! will be making regularly-I really love this website and its wonderful ideas. :)

I was skeptical about this recipe before I tried it. It turned out much better than expected! My 2 year old daughter and I made them and everyone loves them. It is a fun cookie to bring to parties since they include two oddly paired ingredients that taste delicious together.
