Ingredients

  • 2 medium pears, peeled, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
  • 4 gingersnap cookies, crushed

Steps

    Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 1-quart casserole with cooking spray. Place pears in casserole; sprinkle with lemon juice.

    In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over pears.

    Cover; bake 30 to 40 minutes or until pears are tender.
