I just made these this evening and thought they would be great for Christmas and a different variety...Well...was I mistaken! The cookies were over ridden with the orange flavor...AND pistachiios...MY SUGGESTION, NEXT TIME: Omit the orange candy, use pecans, and use an entire stick of BUTTER. The dates and cranberries were upstaged and perhaps this revision might make them better. They were impossible to "push" off a teaspoon...so I rolled each into a ball...Believe it ot not..I followed the recipe EXACTLY. Beware......

Wonderful, wonderful cookie. Made these for work and they were gone within 1 day. I did substitute almonds for the pistachios and they tasted great.

this cookie is sooo good. using the sugar cookie mix makes it really easy. i left out the cocoanut and the nuts, but they are still very good and chewy.

There are a lot of ingredients, however this cookie was easy to make. I only baked them for 8 minutes and they were perfect (but that''s my oven). They looked like perfect little biscuits. I brought them to work the next day for everyone to taste and everyone LOVED THEM. Try this recipe. It''s awesome!
