This is the worst "FONDUE" I ever had. It was more like Philly Cream Cheese Sauce. Don't waste the expensive crabmeat and cheese on this one.

I used imitation crab meat chunks instead of the more costly real crab meat. Also made it with low fat cream cheese,non-fat milk and low fat grated cheese as well. It lowered the calorie and fat content quite nicely so I didn't feel quite as wicked eating it. This recipe doubles quite easily and if you have to it can be cut in half, but that doesn't work as well because it is so good, everyone will want more.
