Ingredients

  • 6 ounces frozen crabmeat or frozen salad-style imitation crabmeat, thawed
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 English muffins, split and toasted

    Set oven control to broil.
  • 2
    Mix crabmeat, mayonnaise, cheese and mustard. Divide among muffin halves. Place on rack in broiler pan. Broil with tops 4 inches from heat 3 to 4 minutes or until tops start to brown.
