tablespoon margarine or butter

cup chopped onion
1/3
cup chopped celery
1/3
cup chopped red and green bell pepper

cup soft bread crumbs

cup Bisquick® Original baking mix

teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

teaspoon pepper

teaspoon salt

eggs, slightly beaten

package (14 ounces) imitation crabmeat flakes, chopped

cup purchased cocktail sauce
  1. Heat oven to 400°. Generously grease 2 cookie sheets. Melt margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook onion, celery and bell peppers in margarine 3 minutes, stirring occasionally; remove from skillet.
  2. Mix vegetable mixture and remaining ingredients except cocktail sauce. Shape mixture into 2 dozen 1 1/2-inch patties. Place on cookie sheets. Bake about 12 minutes, turning once, until golden. Serve with cocktail sauce.

Skillet Method: Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties in oil 4 to 5 minutes, turning once, until golden.
