I love this recipe! I always omit the eggs, though. And I like to make the bean mixture the day before. It tastes even better after a full day in the fridge.

What can I say! I loved it. It was a hit with my family. I will be making this more often. The flavors blend so well. We used pretzel chips with this and it was great. This can be a meal all by itself.

I made this recipe for 2 New Year''s Eve parties I was going to - at both parties everyone was really skeptical due to the fact they said it didn''t look appetizing. But once one brave soul tried and started raving about it it was a big hit. I am requested to bring this to every party I go to now. I am making it this weekend for a Memorial Day party that I am going to I added one more ingredient to it. I put a small can of kernel corn on top of the beans. It is really good

I made this recipe for a family get together and I should have made more. It was so good, it was gone in about 15 mins. I have never seen everyone in my family love the same thing, but this they did. I have been told that I have to bring this to all of our get togethers. You must try this...

I added diced tomatoes to this, for color. It also completed the image of "caviar." It tastes best at just above room temperature, but be careful not to leave eggs out for more than an hour.
