Whoa, cowboy! Here's a pizza you can take your hat off for. Its easy crust folds up over a meaty filling.

This is soooo good and easy. I've made this twice now and the second time I didn't have sour cream, so I used ricotta and it came out great! We also made it a white pizza by using Alfredo sauce. We will be making variations of this often for pizza night.

Just pulled this out of the oven. I mixed canned chicken in with the BBQ sauce (to keep it from drying out), and added mushrooms and mozzarella on top. I also added string cheese in the crust. I cooked this on a pizza stone. My crust turned out really dry and flaky and I had a really difficult time moving it off the stone as the crust just came apart in chunks.

This is better with more bacon (double), chipotle BBQ sauce, jalapenos, onions, and pineapple. I also shred up pepperjack cheese instead of using the colby and monterey jack cheese. Also, canned chicken is easier.

Pizza was good but the first time I made it my boyfriend and I didn't think the crust was thick enough. I actually doubled the recipe the second time around and the pizza held together better and you could taste more than just BBQ chicken.

This is a really easy dish to make for the family. I love the fact that you can make even small changes and change the flavor. I usually alter the recipe slightly. I add more bacon, and I use bottled barbecue sauce. Instead of looking for barbecued chicken, I get the boneless, skinless chicken breasts to put on the pizza. It''s so quick and easy, I can make it for supper after working all day.
