Very simple and easy to make, with fantastic results. Loved by even people who swore they hated rhubarb. It didn't mention in the recipe, so I cut my rhubarb in 1/2" to 3/4" pieces. I also doubled the orange zest.

I made this substituting Splenda for the sugar. I'll add some nutmeg and cinnamon next time. Easy prep and tasty.
