Country Gravy

Don’t wash that pan just yet! Whip up some low-fat meal-making gravy. It’s easy. All you need is oil, flour, milk, salt and pepper, and 15 minutes.

Apparently no one looked at the serving size. It is 1 TBSP. So, you may want to triple or quadruple the recipe. Gravy turns out perfect every time!

this recipe is amazing..it turned out really good.after i cook my sausage i chopped it up and added back into the pan once the gravy was thick the way i liked it i added half a tsp of salted butter just to give it a little more flavor..and it was amazing i served on top of biscuits with a side of red potatoes my 1yr old loved it as well as my husband
