cups fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries, raspberries, sliced peaches or strawberries (or combination of fruit)

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In 1 1/2-quart casserole, melt butter in oven.
  • 2 Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk. Pour batter into casserole onto butter without mixing with butter. Spread fruit over batter.
  • 3 Bake about 1 hour or until top is golden brown. Serve warm.
