cup all-purpose flour

cups fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries, raspberries, sliced peaches or strawberries (or combination of fruit)
  1. Heat oven to 350°F. In 1 1/2-quart casserole, melt butter in oven.
  2. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk. Pour batter into casserole onto butter without mixing with butter. Spread fruit over batter.
  3. Bake about 1 hour or until top is golden brown. Serve warm.
