Sage and cornmeal give the biscuits an interesting taste and texture, perfect for the turkey sausage gravy in this southern-style breakfast.

To bisquickcase, it means you take a spoon and drop 12 spoonfuls onto your baking sheet to make 12 biscuits.

I used skim milk and light bisquick and this dish was fabulous and low fat! My husband said it was one of the best breakfasts ever and didn't taste one bit like it was light!

The sausage gravy is delicious! a very good comfort food. I prefer to serve it with a different biscuit recipe, however.

Excellent, easy, hubby really liked it. If you desire a thicker gravy, add less milk(1/4 cup less). We sprinkled shredded cheese over top before eating to add a different flavor.
