Chicken Pot Pie goes upscale with chicken breasts and a veggie combo of broccoli, carrots and cauliflower. A sweet cornbread topping makes it yummy.

Really tasty and I added extra veggies to make it healthier. The cornbread is a nice twist!

Really easy and yummy. Be sure to season the chicken well first so it has lots of flavor and stays moist. I used shredded cheddar cheese on top and it was delicious.

Excellent fast easy dinner. I used frozen mixed veggies that come in the bag for steaming in the microwave. Package says 4 minutes, I did 3 minutes as I did not want them fully done. And Jiffy corn bread mix for topping. I think the jar of chicken gravy mix made it so flavorful. Fast. Easy. And oh so good.

I was in the store the two days ago and wanted a Chick. Pot Pie, but they have to much salt so I refused. After searching this easy recipe out, I created a large pan for the rest of the week. My daughter loves it and I so do I. It has tons of veggies and nice chick. chunks, and most of all low on sodium.

Very delicious. I didn't have any gravy on hand so I used Campbells Cream of Chicken condensed soup and also about a can of water since the can is only 10 1/2 oz. I don;t know why it directs one to use a 13x9 inch pan it's to wide and makes for a thin layer. Next time I'll either double on the recipie or use a smaller pan like a casserole glass baking dish. But again it was DELICIOUS!

This was a good change for the corn bread to be on top. I used "new potatoes and peas" along with the carrots, to make the dish a little more creamier. My children loved the dish and wanted seconds.

This is an awesome recipe! The only thing I would change would be to heat up the veggies first, instead of just rinsing them in hot water. The cornbread is perfect. I served this with some buttered noodles. My husband loved it.

Great recipe!!! I changed the veggies and mixed a frozen bag of peas and carrots with a frozen bag of green beans (Then used only 2 cups of the mixture and reserved the rest for something else). I also added a spoon of minced garlic with the chopped onions. I saw no need for the grated cheese. My two toddlers ate this up FAST!!! It was SUPER EASY to make.
