Ingredients

1: Pkg Jalapeno Cornbread mix (prepared as directed) 1 day old

1/2: cup butter

1: cup celery finely chopped

1/2: cup green onions finely chopped

1: sm can mushrooms chopped & drained

8: oz Pkg Seasoned herb stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)

3: 10 oz cans chicken broth

1: 8 oz country sausage (Jimmy Dean HOT) cooked, crumbled & drained

5: eggs (hard boiled)

1: tsp poultry seasoning

1: tsp thyme

1: tsp sage
