The picky kids inhaled these, I had to make them stop eating them. They are wonderful, nice surprise, used unflavored tortilla wraps and Mexicali corn. Used imitation crab meat, sauteed it in just a tad of olive oil, 1 crushed clove of garlic, used all fresh herbs. Not a combination I would have ever put together but these were yummy. Quick and easy weekday or weekend meal. A nice twist on traditional quesadillas.

My children love seafood. I couldn't wait to try this recipe. I regret to say that it was totally disappointing. The cilantro gave it a bad taste. I don't recommend this recipe.

Great find on your website! Thanks. Hubby found them a tad "cheesey" and more of an appetizer than main dish. I would agree if I wasn't full after three!! Ola.

I made these last night. I use reduced fat cream cheese, mexicorn and red onion, becuase that is what I had in the house. They were really good. My kids loved them. I also baked them in the oven, they turned out crispy and warm. I would make this again for sure.

My 6 yr old daughter & her friend didn't like them. My husband & I thought they were just ok. They were very easy to make I must admit.

An odd combination of flavors for us. Ate a couple triangles and actually tossed the rest. Used real crabmeat so it was an expensive experiment. Maybe the corn was a turnoff...or the combination of corn and crab. Something just wasn't right.

I love quesadillas! But it's nice to change it up sometimes from just chicken or beef. The imitation crab is great for anyone who might have a seafood allergy, and more cost effective. This was a great way to blend my love for seafood and mexican food together!

We did not enjoy this recipe at all. The flavpr was much sweeter then we expected and was not appealing to us. If you don't mind a sweet quesadilla then you will enjoy.

These are the best quesadillas I've ever had. I used the real crab, which was a bit expensive, but worth it. They were pretty simple to make too. I made the filling (minus the crab) the night before, and added the crab right before I filled and fried the quesadillas. If you don't like crab, I'm sure these would taste great with chicken.
