I had not made this in years, when I went to my old tattered B.C. cook book I found the page with the recipe missing! So when I found it online I was very happy. But my only changes are I used whipping cream increased to 1cup and I spooned my scallop mixture into Pepperidge Farms Puff Pastry Shells, instead of the scallop dishes. They are wonderful this way try it some time.

My husband has been making this for years. We lost the Betty Crocker cook book we had the recipe in. We were so very happy to see this online. We are having a public supper and this is one of the dishes we are making!!

I have been using this recipe for years , the only thing i change is i add 1 cup of half and half instead of only 1/2 cup.

Love this recipe! It is amazing. I served it along side shrimp scampi and pasta with a nice bottle of French white wine. I accidentally rated it 1 spoon at first so if you see one rating that is 1 spoon that was by accident! This is 5 spoons. This recipe is worth the cost of ingredients (fresh is best!) and the effort. Try this! It is wonderful!
