Made this for a birthday at the office and it was a big hit! I baked two 9 inch rounds instead. Found that the icing wasn't quite enough though. I put icing in between the layers and then actually covered the cake with it. Used another half of a tub at least. Will definitely make it again!

very easy to make, instead of the one pan I used 2 square ones since I really liked the look of the square piece, however the frosting turns more gray then it looks in the picture.

I tried out this recipe for a family reunion. I loved the ease of making the cake. My husband and I both really enjoy the cake. I did make the mistake of not letting the cake cool for the entire hour before icing it. I was still great, but the icing in the middle melted. This recipe is a hit with us and I will make it again.

Very easy to make. I added chocolate chips to the cake batter before I cooked the cake to add a little extra "kick". I used the advice from a previous posting and made the cakes in round pans. I will make this again. ENJOY!!!

This was easy to make and tasty. Next time I will make 2 round cakes instead of one large square. It didn''t come out as pretty as the picture and there wasn''t enough icing. Next time I will also double the icing. All in all the kids loved it and requested it as a birthday cake.
