cup sunflower spread or butter or margarine

cup caster sugar
3/4
cup plain flour

pinch salt (optional)

tablespoon brown sugar

teaspoons vanilla extract
Extra topping (ex. chocolate chips etc.) Optional
  1. Put the spread in a large bowl and add the sugar. Stir until lumpy. Add vanilla extract.
  2. Sift in the flour and mix until the mix is thick as possible.
  3. Munch Down!!!
  4. For extra topping repeat directions and mix in the topping
