Ingredients

3/4: cup sunflower spread or butter or margarine

3/4: cup caster sugar

3/4: cup plain flour

1: pinch salt (optional)

4: tablespoon brown sugar

2: teaspoons vanilla extract

: Extra topping (ex. chocolate chips etc.) Optional

Directions

1 Put the spread in a large bowl and add the sugar. Stir until lumpy. Add vanilla extract.
2 Sift in the flour and mix until the mix is thick as possible.
3 Munch Down!!!
4 For extra topping repeat directions and mix in the topping

I have made this before and it is disgusting. Flour that is not cooked is not good for you either. You can eat cookie dough as long as it's not a whle bunch frequently.
