Ingredients

1: large bag Betty Crocker Cookie Mix (any flavor)

1: ingredients called for on cookie mix less the eggs

1/4: cup cocoa powder

1/8: cup sugar (optional)

1: tablespoon flavored coffee powder (any flavor)(optional)

1: teaspoon salt (optional)

Directions

1 Making cookie dough as directions on the bag call leaving out the egg. If dough seems a little dry add a splash of milk or water.
2 Roll cookie dough into small to medium sized balls (about the size of a boxed chocolate) and roll them in the cocoa powder. If straight cocoa powder isnt your thing you can add any of the optional ingredients to the cocoa powder to add some extra sweetness or flavor (my favorite is the salt). Or be creative.
3 Place balls on a plate or cookie sheet and let them sit, the set up better if you refrigerate them but are wonderful at room temperature.
