I made this last year for Christmas, everyone loved it! but the thing is the crust was so darn hard, and the cheesecake was not enough to cover the pan. so i had to redo it. I only used half recipe of the crust and doubled the cheesecake. it turned out nicely. Use a water bath so that the cheesecake will be baked evenly in the oven.

I made this recipe exactly as written. The cookie layer was very thick, and the cheesecake layer was very thin. There was barely enough cheesecake mix to cover the whole pan, and as other reviewers said, it was hard to keep from mixing the Oreos and the cheesecake together. I would suggest doubling the cheesecake layer. These came out ok, but I will not make them again.
