Creme-filled chocolate cookies create the chocolate layer in rich cheesecake bars. It's hard to have just one.

I made this last year for Christmas, everyone loved it! but the thing is the crust was so darn hard, and the cheesecake was not enough to cover the pan. so i had to redo it. I only used half recipe of the crust and doubled the cheesecake. it turned out nicely. Use a water bath so that the cheesecake will be baked evenly in the oven.

I made this recipe exactly as written. The cookie layer was very thick, and the cheesecake layer was very thin. There was barely enough cheesecake mix to cover the whole pan, and as other reviewers said, it was hard to keep from mixing the Oreos and the cheesecake together. I would suggest doubling the cheesecake layer. These came out ok, but I will not make them again.

I made them for a bridal shower and they were great. The only thing I would do different is to grease the pan first. They were a little difficult to get out without breaking them. Other than that they were wonderful. I would make them again.

I made these and did not think they were that great. They have a cute factor with the mini oreos but the crust did not taste that good and there was not enough cream cheese to cover the top.

I made these bars for my high school graduation party and they were gone in minutes. Multiple people asked me for the recipe. I had a few problems making them though: The crust stuck to the pan so i had an extremely hard time cutting and removing the bars - next time i would grease the pan first, the oreos did not stick to the crust so the crust separated from the rest of the bar - to prevent this next time i would add the crushed oreos while the crust was still hot and press them in, also the cream cheese topping was hard to spread on top and blended in with some of the oreo crumbs to make a "dirty" looking top. i would definitely make these again though.

This was very easy to make. My brother took it to work for a potluck and everyone seemed to enjoy it. I personally thought it was "just good".Also, the cream cheese topping didn't seem to be enough to cover the top.
