I made these for a Halloween Party, everyone loved them! Yes, it is time consuming but the kids and adults raved about them. The pretzels were just right. The only problem I had was that the dough did not hold its shape when I baked the cookies. Once I coated them in the chocolate they looked fine. My niece asked if I would make them for her class party. I will play with the dough and maybe add a bit more flour to see if that will help hold its shape better. I did make a chocolate strawberry sauce with a few drops of red food color to go with them. It was great! It looked just like blood.
