pound Ground beef

cup chopped onion

cup chopped celery

can chopped water chestnuts

can mushroom soup
1
can cream of chicken soup

cup minute rice

cups water

tbs soy sauce

tsp salt
  1. Brown and drain ground beef. Add next 3 ingredients and simmer 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients together. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle Chow Main Noodles over the top and bake another 10 minutes
