Use a whole container of Yoplait Yogurt, plain. Cut up 2-3 Cucumbers and salt and pepper b4 you add in the yogurt. wait about 5- 10 min b4 adding in the yogurt. this is a polish recipe. add fresh dill, about 2 tablespoons. and eat with mashed potato's.. For really good mashed potatos use instant or boil potatos mash with lots of milk about half a cup with making 6-8 baked potatos and butter. the more the milk the more loose they get.. n salt the potatos to taste.. eye ball the amnt u put in the milk n butter..

If this was thicker, it was be good as a dip or spread on a sandwich, but I could only stomach about 5 bites. I can't imagine eating a whole bowl of this!

I've been making cucumber soup for years. I use a little more than half sour cream, and a little less than half yogurt to help with the consistency. Adding chopped tomatoes and toasted almonds on top as a garnish makes it pretty.

i helped orphans in bulgaria last summer and we had to eat something similar to this everyday for a week. it is a native dish to bulgaria. it was verry oiley, like a mix of oliveoil, and tatzhiki (greek cucumber dish). i highly recomend you never eat this or you will hate cucumbers after
