Using an orange-flavored liqueur in a margarita gives the cocktail a sunny and refreshingly zesty taste.

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 3 tablespoons tequila (1 1/2 oz)
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cointreau
  • 1 lime slice

Steps

    Fill margarita glass with ice. In cocktail shaker with ice, shake tequila, lime juice and Cointreau until blended. Pour into glass, straining out ice. Garnish with lime slice.
