cup Semi Sweet or Milk Chocolate Chips

package, 3 oz. Cream Cheese, softened

tablespoon Sugar

teaspoon Vanilla Extract

cup White Chocolate Chips
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Use cooking spray to grease medium sized muffin pan or use paper liners.
  2. Mix Flour, 1/3 cup Sugar, Baking Powder, Salt, and Baking Cocoa in bowl until blended. Melt Butter in microwave. Stir in Coffee Granules. Add Milk, beaten Egg, and Butter mixture to dry ingredients until just blended. Fold in semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips. Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full with batter.
  3. Blend together softened Cream Cheese, Vanilla, and 1 tablespoon Sugar until creamy. Fold in white chocolate chips. Drop tablespoonfulls of filling ontop of each muffin cup, pressing down slightly.
  4. Bake about 20-25 minutes, Cream Cheese will be just turning golden brown. Remove from pan to cooling rack. Store in air tight container.
