Very good! I made with Mango instead of papaya. It was very sweet. I served it with some baked Thai chicken, it was a good combination, but I think this rice would be better served with some Carribean dish.

This was the first time my husband and I tried papaya and we did not like it at all! Maybe we got a bad one? It was tender and juicy, but the taste was awful! This was also the first time we had coconut milk, and it tasted spoiled. The dish was not a success. I won't be making it again.
