another version , hearty and smooth : is 6eggs 4 cups of heavy cream 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tsp vanilla, one tsp coconut extract, one cup shredded coconut. water bath 40 minutes @ 35os or, untill center no longer jiggles when pan is shaken gently
