Can you confirm the carb count is correct on this receipe. It doesnt seem right that there are ony 16 per cookie.

this recipie is by far the best coconut macaroon recipie ever!!! I have tried many, and these are far and away the best. They are always a hit at Christmas time! Be sure to use high quality chocolate, and they are decadent!

Delicious! Caution with this recipe, you might have to add more coconut flakes and flour than is called for in the recipe. After mixing all ingredients together, the batter wasn't thick enough and the cookie drops were too runny and spread flat on the cookie sheet. I had to run to the store to buy another 2 bags of coco flakes, and I added about another 1/4 cup of flour. The batter was still a little runny but they still came out really good, especially with the melted chocolate chips drizzled over the top. I didn't like how they tasted when they were still warm, but once they had cooled completely and the chocolate drizzle, they were delicious...mmmmm, this one's a winner!! :)
