SIMPLE!! Very easy to make,on the box it says to bake the cake on 350,so I just baked the coconut on the same degree to no need to change it. The cake looks really nice when finished and it's very good. I dad likes just plain cake with nothing on it but he really liked it,TRY IT!!!

I brought this to a potluck, where someone sliced it prior to putting it out. I was a bit disappointed, as probably 1/4 of it fell into a pile of crumbs. It was easy though, and looked nice before slicing ;)

This was so easy to make and delicious. This recipe takes a boxed cake mix and makes it look like it was homemade. I only have a 9 cup bundt pan instead of a 12 cup like it called for. It still worked fine. Only problem I had was someone in my family ate the coconut that I had set aside. LOL.

Our whole family loved this cake! I'm going to bake it again to take to our upcoming family reunion in South Carolina. I added chopped walnuts and some raisins. I love coming to Betty Crocker to find great recipes!
