I really like these but I would make them smaller and I made 1/2 a batch according to the recipe and the other 1/2 with caramel and semi-sweet chocolate chips. I liked the caramel and chocolate chips much better. They also tasted much better the next day, I think I could have eaten the whole batch my self.

Try melting bittersweet dark chocolate and pour it on top instead of the fudge, the bitterness of the chocolate will balance the overall sweetness of the cookie so much better ;)

Keeping some of the reviews in mind(too sweet) i baked the butterscotch chips in the sugar cookies and used melted semi-sweet chips for the toppings with one butterscotch on top. they were great and I think less messy. They transported pretty easily (no mess)with only one layer per tray.

These are delicous! I made a few changes, after reading the reviews that the didn't travel well and I was taking them to a party I used butterscotch chips instead of the sauce and then I placed a Hershey kiss on top instead of the hot fudge. They traveled great and they got rave reviews!

The cookies were tastyand this is a very sweet treat so when putting the chocolate and butterscotch on the top be careful how much you use, a liitle goes along way.Unless you like alot of toppings on it then you will love it.

Loved the concept but not the cookie. I definitely agree with others to go very easy on the toppings because it was entirely too sweet. I did get the Girl Scout cookie vibe, which was tasty, but just a bit too sweet. They also do not travel well at all. Only worth doing if you can serve right at your house and not have to transport. Or perhaps bake the cookie and bring the toppings with you to make when you arrive if they do need to travel.

Everyone loves these cookies! I topped the cookies with melted butterscotch chips, then melted chocolate chips and finally dipped them in more coconut. It's a great cookie to share cuz they taste great and they look nice too.

yum! made these with caramel instead of the butterscotch, and used melted chocloate chips. i am not a huge fan of coconut, but loved the combination of all the flavors in this cookie. will make this one again.
