Cocoanut lime icebox pie

This is adapted from a recipe using frozen lemonade. I love lime flavored desserts so this is my "creation", adding cocoanut for texture and sweetness.

Servings

1
can sweetened condensed milk--I use low fat or fat free
1
small carton low fat or fat free cool whip
1
small can frozen limeade (or lemonade)
1
small bag shredded or flaked cocoanut
1
graham cracker pie crust--I use low fat
  1. Mix first 3 ingredients together in mixing bowl until thoroughly smooth. Stir cocoanut into mixture. Pour into graham cracker pie crust
  2. Refrigerate until pie is set, about 3 to 4 hours. It is better if you allow it to set overnight.
  3. If desired, you can top with more Coolwhip or whip cream to "dress" it up.
