This is three recipes in one, and all are equally as good! Keep pesto on hand to toss with pasta, spread on sandwiches, mix into salads or to top hot meats or vegetables.

This is the first pesto sauce that I have made, and I thought it was easy and delicious! I didn''t haveany fresh basil, so I used an equal amount of fresh spinach leaves which worked very well. I threw in about a tablespoon of dried basil leaves for extra flavor.
