We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these! I make them at least three times a week. They are really quick to make. The twenty minutes prep time listed in the recipe is way off! I can whip these together in under five minutes & my kids are eating in under ten! I have added chocolate chips & micro-mini marshmallows for the kids, strawberries, bluberries, bananas, applesauce with cinnamon & raisins and much more to them. They turn out perfect, light & fluffy every time. When I'm not making these, I am making the French Toast recipe that's right next to this one in my cookbook!

I have used this recipe for years. I also make homemade syrup from a recipe I found on recipezaar.com. My family loves this recipe and asks for them every weekend.
